You can cancel your rental up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon arrival at drop-off. We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Please have payment ready when we arrive so setup can go smoothly!
In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your rental for a different date or time. If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a refund or credit for a future rental.
Rentals are for the full day unless otherwise discussed. Need it longer? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
Yes, please! If you’re using a waterslide, we ask that you drain all water from the pool area before we arrive for pickup. If not, a cleaning fee will apply. We’ll always give you the option to do it yourself when we send pickup instructions — but if we arrive and the slide is still full of water, the fee will be automatically added.
