Terms and Conditions

By booking with J&A Party Rentals, you agree to the following terms:

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your rental.
Remaining balance is due at the time of delivery.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event may result in a fee.
Equipment must be used as intended and supervised at all times.
We are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our service area.
If the weather is unsafe (e.g., lightning, high winds), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.
Renter is responsible for ensuring a clean, flat, and accessible area for setup.

By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you’ve read and accepted these terms.

Refund Policy

All deposits made to reserve your rental are non-refundable. This secures your event date and prevents us from booking it for someone else.

If you need to cancel:

48+ hours in advance: You may receive a rain check credit for a future booking within 6 months.
Less than 48 hours: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Refunds will not be given for:

Early pickup requests
Weather-related cancellations unless conditions are unsafe for setup (at our discretion)
No-shows or inability to access the setup location

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or adjust your booking!
